		<description>Many scientists nowadays believe that normal running is not optimal for burning weight. They believe that the key is the so called metabolism. Metabolism is the rate at which your body burns energy. To increase it, you have to eat over the whole day, split into small meals and start working out early in the morning. You will also have to exercise with an high pulse rate.

So, you are already doing quite well :-). Keep running in the morning, however do it a little different. It is called Interval running. What you do is, Sprint for 15 seconds and then let your pulse cool down. Do that every 5-10 minutes depending on your daily mood :-). So, increase pulse to 180, then back to 130. A watch that shows you your puls is very good for that. That&#039;s how many nowadays run for best weight loss.

Just make sure you do not stop running. I can promise you, you will see results within a month! I do diets every summer to get into beach shape with interval running and better diet.

		<description>My biggest tip would be to get the best shoes you can afford, and have them properly fitted.  Seriously, it&#039;s the most important piece of kit you can have for running.  Don&#039;t try to run too fast, that&#039;s the mistake that most people who say they can&#039;t run make.  Small distances with recoveries, as you get better increase the distance and shorten the recoveries.  Speed will come with time and fitness, don&#039;t watch the time, it&#039;s not important.  Maybe you have a club like the Women&#039;s Running Network, or a beginners group in your area?  You&#039;ll find loads of people just like you.  That&#039;s how I started just over a year ago and now I&#039;m doing half-marathons!!!!   Why not enter a run and have something to work towards?
